    are maintained, we established the operation department staffed by highly trained quality calibers, every aspect of the operations reviewed and monitored on a feedback basis. We know how a missed transfer, poor meal or a substandard vehicle can ruin a perfect vacation. In addition, our Guest relations officers are on call seven days a week to tend to clients needs. Our operation department provides our clients with the following services: Airport formalities with assistance on arrival / departure Opening of the VIP lounge at the airport. Representative escort from airport to hotel and vice versa. Check-in at the hotel by our representative. Pre-registration at most hotels to avoid unnecessary delays. A guide speaking appropriate language on all tours. Arrange optional excursions. Arranging hotel reservations and domestics flights. Chartering cruises.

    Was established together with the F.I.T & Groups Department on 1996 in order to promote and develop the classical tourism, Cultural and business affairs in Egypt as a destination management company due to the solid relations we maintain with our partners & suppliers starting from Hotels to Nile Cruises.     JAGUAR TOURS joins the most luxury fleet of Coaches, Minibuses, Mini Vans, including Mercedes 350 buses 2007-2008, Hyundai & Mercedes Mini buses; in addition we use the Toyota 4 X 4 Land Cruises hard Top for the Adventure & Safaris Programs, beside a fleet of Limousines provides luxury transportation for all our guests. As far as Nile cruising is concerned, our 5 stars cruise vessels we are collaborating with, provides also comfortable accommodation, interesting classical programs and excellent services. JAGUAR TOURS Aviation department is equipped with the latest reservations systems and staffed by an experienced team of personnel fluent in many languages.
